window_current_column_c

	status.i4.v = window_current_column_c(window_id.i2.v, column.i4.v,
					      current_column.i4.r)

	This routine allows the programmer to calculate the current
	column in scrolling window that had an original value of
	"column".

	window_id	ID of desired window
	column		original window column number
	current_column	returned current window column

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid window ID or column
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		window doesn't exist
