window_current_operation_info

	operation.i4.v = window_current_operation_info([window_id.i2.r])

	This routine returns current window operation information.  This
	is only useful for window callback functions.

	[window_id]	returned ID of window which initiated the
			current operation
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	WMNGR_OP_TYPE_NONE	no window operation is in progress
	WMNGR_OP_TYPE_EXPOSING	a window is being exposed
	WMNGR_OP_TYPE_MOVING	a window is being moved
	WMNGR_OP_TYPE_RESIZING	a window is being resized
	WMNGR_OP_TYPE_OCCLUDING	a window is being occluded
