window_delete(_c)

	status.i4.v = window_delete(window_id.i2.r, row.i4.r [,column.i4.r])

	status.i4.v = window_delete_c(window_id.i2.v, row.i4.v [,column.i4.v])

	This function will delete a window previously created by the
	window_construct(_c) function and repair any windows presently
	oocluded by that window.

	window_id	This is the "window_id" value returned by the
			window_construct(_c) function at the time the window
			was created.  To delete a window without repairing
			the windows obscured by it, use the negative of the
			"window_id" value returned by the window_construct(_c)
			routine.
	row		cursor row
			(WMNGR_RESTORE_CURSOR -> the cursor will be restored
						 to its position at the time
						 the window was created,
			 WMNGR_LEAVE_CURSOR -> the cursor will be left in its
					       present position,
			 otherwise -> the cursor will be set to
				      ("row","column"))
	[column]	cursor column (only significant if "row" is positive)
			(default is 1)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		requested window does not exist
