status.i4.v = window_disable_occluded_ints_c(window_id.i2.v)
This routine allows the programmer to disable user interrupts
from being serviced to the requested window when it is occluded.
Occluded interrupts are disabled when a window is created.
window_id window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
This function returns status values as follows:
CBS_INVARG invalid window ID was specified
CBS_NO_WINDOW window doesn't exist
CBS_MEMFAIL dynamic memory allocation failure
TRUE occluded interrupts were previously enabled
FALSE occluded interrupts were previously disabled
