window_disable_restack_c

	status.i4.v = window_disable_restack_c(window_id.i2.v)

	This routine allows the programmer to disable automatic
	pushing and popping of a window by the window_intype
	routine.  Automatic restacking is enabled when a window is
	created.

	window_id	window ID

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_INVARG		background or invalid window ID was specified
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		window doesn't exist
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	TRUE			restacking was previously enabled
	FALSE			restacking was previously disabled
