window_enable_interrupts

	status.i4.v = window_enable_interrupts([hide_ints.i4.r])

	This routine allows the programmer to enable special window_intype
	interrupts from being executed by window_intype. At the present
	time these special operations include single line scrolling as well
	as window moving, resizing, and restacking.

	[hide_ints]	special window interrupt pass through flag
			(TRUE -> convert special window interrupts to
				 periodic interrupts,
			 FALSE -> pass through special window interrupt
				  information to the application (default))

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			interrupts were previously enabled
	FALSE			interrupts were previously disabled
	CLIB_INTYPE_UNINITIALIZED intype needs to be called first

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, cbslib_h
