window_field_contains_text_color_c

	has_color.i4.v = window_field_contains_text_color_c(window_id.i2.v,
							    row.i4.v,
							    left_column.i4.v,
							    num_columns.i4.v,
							    color.i4.v)

	This routine checks to see if there is text matching a requested color
	in a window field.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	row		window row
	left_column	starting window column
	num_columns	length of field in columns
	color		color to search for
			(constants are in 'cnsparam')

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			matching text color found
	FALSE			matching text color not found
