window_field_restore_all_occluded

	status.i4.v = window_field_restore_all_occluded()

	This routine will restore the previous enabled/disabled state
	for fields in occluded windows which were created by earlier
	calls to window_field_create_c.

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_NOINIT		no value exists to restore
	TRUE			occluded window interrupts were enabled
	FALSE			occluded window interrupts were disabled

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h
