window_last_io_location_c

	status.i4.v = window_last_io_location_c(window_id.i2.v, last_row.i4.r,
						last_column.i4.r
						[,physical_cell.i4.v])

This routine returns the last character cell in a window that has
	been written to.

	window_id	ID of desired window
last_row	last row written (a value of -1 indicates that
no window I/O has been done)
last_column	last column written (a value of -1 indicates that
no window I/O has been done)
[physical_cell]	type of coordinates to return
(TRUE -> physical cell coordinates (default),
FALSE -> logical scroll buffer coordinates with
				  the first row being 0)

This function returns status values as follows:

	OK success
CBS_INVARG invalid window ID was specified
	CBS_NO_WINDOW window doesn't exist
	CBS_MEMFAIL dynamic memory allocation failure
CBS_INVTYP request was for logical cell, but last
I/O was not in scroll buffer
