window_message_delete_c

	status.i4.v = window_message_delete_c(message_id.i2.v,
					      restore_screen.i4.v)

	This routine will delete a single line message window that was
	created by an earlier call to window_message_create_c.

	message_id	message window ID which was returned by an earlier
			call to window_message_create_c
	restore_screen	(WMNGR_RESTORE_SCREEN -> restore background window size
						 to what it was when the
						 message window was created,
			 WMNGR_LEAVE_SCREEN -> leave the background window at
					       its present size)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NO_SUCH		no such message window exists
