window_read_text_c

	num_read.i4.v = window_read_text_c(window_id.i2.v, row.i4.v,
					   column.i4.v, text.i1a.r,
					   num_chars.i4.v)

	This routine reads ASCII text from the specified window regardless
	of whether or not that text is presently visible.  This routine will
	return the number of characters actually read.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	row		window row
	column		starting column
	text		returned ASCII text (must be at least "num_chars"
			bytes int)
	num_chars	requested number of characters

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_INVARG		invalid window ID
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		requested window does not exist
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	otherwise		number of characters actually read
