window_select_copy_c

	status.i4.v = window_select_copy_c(top_row.i4.v, left_column.i4.v,
					   output.i4.v [,window_id.i2.v])

	This routine allows the user to view a menu of all presently
	titled TV windows and to select one of them to be copied to
	one of the graphic windows, a printer, or a mail message.

	top_row		top row of window (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
			or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in macro for special
			positioning)
	left_column	left column of window (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
			or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in macro for special
			positioning)
	output		copy destination
			(WMNGR_COPY_TO_GRAPHICS -> copy to graphics window,
			 WMNGR_COPY_TO_PRINTER -> copy to printer,
			 WMNGR_COPY_TO_MAIL -> copy to mail message,
			 WMNGR_COPY_TO_EXCEL -> copy to an Excel compatible file,
			 WMNGR_COPY_TO_PASTE -> copy to console paste buffer,
			 WMNGR_COPY_TO_FILE -> copy to a text file)
	[window_id]	ID of window to copy
			(default is CLIB_DEFAULT_SHORT_ARG which allows the
			 user to interactively select the window)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_ABORT		user aborted this function
	CBS_MEMFAIL		failed in allocating dynamic memory
	CBS_INVARG		invalid output selection
	CBS_NO_SUCH		requested window doesn't exist
	otherwise		window ID of window copied
