window_title(_c)

	status.i4.v = window_title(window_id.i2.r, title.i1p.r
				   [,title_color.i4.r] [,border_color.i4.r]
				   [,title_column.i4.r])

	status.i4.v = window_title_c(window_id.i2.v, title.i1p.r
				     [,title_color.i4.r] [,border_color.i4.r]
				     [,title_column.i4.r])

	This routine returns the title string, title color, and border
	color for the window indicated by "window_id".  The memory for the
	title string is allocated by this routine and should be freed by
	the caller.  A value of NULL can be passed for any of the returned
	parameters that are not needed.

	window_id	window ID
	title		returned null-terminated window title string
	[title_color]	returned title color (constants are in 'cnsparam')
			(default is NULL)
	[border_color]	returned window border color (constants are in 'cnsparam')
			(default is NULL)
	[title_column]	returned starting title column
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		requested window does not exist
	CBS_MEMFAIL		failed in allocating dynamic memory
