wn_text_scaling_c

	status.i4.v = wn_text_scaling_c(mode.i4.v)

	This routine sets the text scaling mode for future calls to
	wn_text(_c) and wn_display_value(_c). Note that if
	WN_CHARACTER_SCALING mode is chosen, the defined constants
	WN_CENTER_IT, WN_JUSTIFY_MIN, and WN_JUSTIFY_MAX can be used
	to center and justify text as desired. (Note: Character
	scaling coordinates originate from the upper left hand corner
	of a window as opposed to world coordinates which originate
	in the lower left hand corner.)

	mode		text scaling mode
			(WN_WORLD_SCALING -> normal scaling according to
					     world coordinates (default),
			 WN_CHARACTER_SCALING -> scaling according to rows
						 and columns,
			 CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG -> simply return the present
					     text scaling mode)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_INVARG		invalid mode
	otherwise		previous text scaling mode

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h

	Related functions:

	wn_text(_c), wn_colored_text_c, wn_display_value(_c),
	wn_read_text_format, intro_graphics_windows

	C/C++ usage:

	int	status;
	int	mode = WN_WORLD_SCALING;

	status = wn_text_scaling_c(mode);
