wn_vector_pixel_c

	status.i4.v = wn_vector_pixel_c(x1.i4.v, y1.i4.v, x2.i4.v, y2.i4.v
					[,relative_pos.i4.v])

	This routine draws a vector at the specified pixel
	coordinates.  The coordinates can either be absolute
	screen coordinates or relative to a graphical window
	specified by a previous call to wn_active(_c).  The
	color of the vector is determined by the most recent
	call to wn_color(_c).  The width of the vector is
	determined by the most recent call to wn_vector_width(_c).

	x1, y1		pixel coordinates of one end of the vector
	x2, y2		pixel coordinates of the other end
	[relative_pos]	flag indicating whether the coordinates should
			be interpreted as full screen coordinates or
			if they are relative to the active window
			(TRUE -> coordinates are relative to the active window,
			 FALSE -> coordinates are absolute screen coordinates
				  (default))

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOSETUP		an active window has not been established
