frig_oper_def_to_pname_c (ul_friglib)

	status.i4.v = frig_oper_def_to_pname_c(oper_def.s.r, pname.i1a.r,
					       type.i4.v, house.ch.d)

	This routine converts back and forth between raw data in an OPER_DEF
	structure from a refrigerator to a pseudo name.

	oper_def	raw refrigerator data (OPER_DEF structure)
	pname		returned pseudo name
			(Name format descriptions can be found under
			 the help topic frig_name_syntax.)
	type		type of conversion
			(FRIG_RAW_TO_PNAME -> convert raw data to pseudo name,
			 FRIG_PNAME_TO_RAW -> convert pseudo name to raw data)
	house		house name (HOUSE_NAME_LEN characters)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	DIO_OK			success
	DIO_BADARG		invalid house or name passed
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
