frig_type_to_name_c (ul_friglib)

	status.i4.v = frig_type_to_name_c(type.i4.v, index.i4.v, name.i1a.r)

	This routine converts a refrigerator object type code and index to
	its corresponding generic name.

	type		refrigerator object type code
			(FRIG_OPER -> operation type,
			 FRIG_ACTION -> action type,
			 FRIG_TIMER -> timer type,
			 FRIG_STORE -> storage type,
			 FRIG_STATE -> state type,
			 FRIG_FSM -> finite state machine type,
			 FRIG_LOOP -> loop type,
			 FRIG_EVENT -> event type,
			 FRIG_FILTER -> filter type)
	index		object index
	name		returned generic name

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	DIO_OK			success
	DIO_BADARG		invalid type or index passed
