frig_verify_house_c (ul_friglib)

	status.i4.v = frig_verify_house_c(house.ch.d [,house_index.i4.r]
					  [,house_type.i4.v]
					  [,house_class.i4.v])

	This routine determines whether or not the passed ASCII string
	is a valid refrigerator house.

	house		house name to verify (HOUSE_NAME_LEN characters)
	[house_index]	returned overall house index (default is NULL)
	[house_type]	type of houses to verify
			(FRIG_ALL_HOUSES -> all houses (default),
			 FRIG_FRIG_HOUSES -> normal refrigerator houses only,
			 FRIG_COMP_HOUSES -> compressor houses only)
	[house_class]	class of houses to choose from
			(FRIG_ALL_HOUSES -> all houses (default),
			 FRIG_AGGREGATE_HOUSE -> house which is a logical
						 aggregation of component
						 houses,
			 FRIG_COMPONENT_HOUSE -> house which is a member of an
						 aggregate house,
			 FRIG_STANDALONE_HOUSE -> house which does not
						  participate in an aggregate)
			(different classes can be ORed together)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			valid refrigerator house
	FALSE			invalid refrigerator house
