multiwire_set_sequencer_status_c (ul_multiwire)

    	status.i4.v = multiwire_set_sequencer_status_c(multiwire_name.i1a.r,
						       setting_value.i4.v)

    	This routine sets the sequencer status for the requested
	multiwire.
    	
    	multiwire_name	multiwire name
			(up to MW_DEVICE_NAME_LEN characters)
    	setting_value	desired sequencer status
			(MW_SET_ON -> turn sequencer on,
			 MW_SET_OFF -> turn sequencer off)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_BUGCHK		error initializing library
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid multiwire name or setting value
	negative value		other ACNET format error
