queue->destroy (ul_oocbs)

	destroy(queue.s.r)

	This is the destructor method for instances of the Queue object.
	It frees the memory used by the Queue. Be sure to use it when you
	are finished with an instance of a Queue. Failure to destroy unused
	Queues will result in memory leaks.

	queue             a pointer to the queue (structure of type Queue)

	This function returns:

	nothing
