GPIB__EnableRetry (ul_pbar_gpib)

 *  Synopsis:
 *    #include <ul_pbar_gpib:gpib.h>
 *
 * int GPIB__EnableRetry( const CGPIBptr modulePtr, const int retryCount )
 *
 *  Function intent:
 * GPIB__EnableRetry() enables or re-enables GPIB I/O error retries for the
 * GPIB module represented by the modulePtr parameter. If the retryCount
 * parameter value is zero, the module's retry count will be restored to the
 * value saved by a previous call to GPIB__DisableRetry(). If the retryCount
 * parameter value is non-zero then the module's retry count will simply
 * be set to that value.
 *  Function parameters:
 * CGPIBptr	modulePtr	The unique GPIB module I/O control pointer
 *                              returned by GPIB__InitializeModule().
 * int	retryCount	# of retry attempts to use on GPIB__xxx calls
 * If zero is passed the routine will restore to
 * value used prior to last GPIB__DisableRetry() call.
 *  Function return value:
 * positive the previous setting of the module's retry count
 * CBS_INVARG	modulePtr was NULL or invalid
