tds7000_enable_channel_c (ul_scopes)

	status.i4.v = tds7000_enable_channel_c(connect_info.g.v, channel.i4.v)

	This routine enables a channel on a TDS7000 series scope.

	connect_info	scope connection structure created by a
			prior call to scope_connect
	channel		channel to set (starts at 1)
			(If a value of SCOPE_ALL_CHANNELS is passed
			 for this argument, all channels will be set.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid connection information passed
	CLIB_GENERIC_ERROR	error accessing scope information
	otherwise		other ACNET error
