map_RPC_call_error - maps an RPC call error to its ACNET equivalent
map_RPC_create_error - maps an RPC create client error to its ACNET equivalent
map_RPC_status - maps an RPC error to its ACNET equivalent
t_client - returns a a pointer to the client structure for the RPC interface
t_ctrl - sends a request to the TECAR server for control operations
t_current - reads the current from TECAR
t_events_status_control - reads event, status, and control info from TECAR
t_exct - changes the TECAR excitation tolerance
t_injection - sets the injection current
t_link_errors - reads the link errors from TECAR
t_link_hardware_stat - reads the TECAR/QPM Link Hardware Status from TECAR
t_link_software_stat - reads the TECAR/QPM Link Software Status from TECAR
t_qbsr - returns the most recently tested QBS sector and controller
t_qbst - initiate a Quench Bypass Switch (QBS) test
t_read_active - reads which power supplies should be active
