Good afternoon Joshua,

Thank you for the update on your project status.

I understand and agree with the terms of your 90 day test period for these two UFM flow meters, as stated below.  With your approval, I can enter an order for the two part numbers, CP8M2C2W1 and CP6M2C2W1, today.  The meters would be ready for delivery to Fermi Lab in approximately 2-3 weeks.  Please advise and I will proceed per your instructions.

Best regards, Mike

Dear Mike,

Our shutdown is almost over, and I'm ready to work on the water meters again.

It's understand as we previously agreed that we will test your meters for 90 days.  After 90 days of testing, we will make our final decision.   If we choose your Vortex meters, we will pay for the two test meters.  We will also buy the additional meters that we need from you.  If we do not choose your Vortex meters after the test, we will ship the meters back to you.  You will not charge us any money on the meters ship back to you.

I need you to comfirm the above agreement to me.  Once I receive your comfirmation, I will ask you to ship me two evaluation meters for us to test.  I will need one 1" meter ( CP8-M2-C2-W1 ) and one 3/4" meter ( CP6-M2-C2-W1 ).

Sincerely,

Hello Joshua,

I don't want to pressure you, but I thought that I would check to see if you still want/need to order the evaluation meters for testing??  If so, please let me know and I will order them, on a delayed billing.  Thank you.

Regards, Mike

Joshua,

Thank you for the update regarding this project.  I appreciate your busy situation and we can certainly work around your shut down periods and budget constraints.  Please let me know if there is anything that we can do to assist you during this process.

We might be able to treat your order as a blanket P.O. to maximize the price discount and then release the various flow meters in smaller quantities, as you need them?  This method might also help from a budgeting standpoint, to spread out the cost.  I realize that you are busy, so we can discuss these options as your timeline firms up.

I have attached our product line sheet for your review, in case there are any other items that you might need on this project. (pressure switches, flow switches, two wire transmitters, manifolds, etc.)  Please let me know, thank you.

Best regards, Mike
