Note, in the Reduction factor calculation in my EP-20, I have calculated the reduction factors for 5,10,20,30,40 and 50 years.
For 20 years of operation compared to 10 years the reduction factor goes up by about 60%. Taking an average between 10 and 15 years,
The reduction factor gore up from 5.2E-5 to 6.75E-5. With this factor and 15 years of operation the groundwater contamination
Will be 3.4% of the regulatory limit. Of course this is not linear and the contamination will level out is 40-50 years.

Yes, there should be some difference. We can predict that, for instance, from the right column '% of total limit' in Table 1. It might be that the column can be extended from 10 to 15 years, if necessary.

15years rather than 10 years at 15Hz Linac?
