Attached is a pdf with 3 new ideas.

End View #1 is a stainless steel 304 vacuum chamber. The top is 1/4" SS and 3/4" Cu bonded together by a proprietary process called explosion bonding done by Spur Industries of Spokane WA. The copper is outside the vacuum.

End View # 2 is all copper, with 1/2" sides welded along the edges instead of the previous idea of 1/4" 5-sided formed piece.

End View #3 is a vacuum chamber of 1/4" SS, and a piece of Cu attached inside with 21 SS 5/16" dia bolts, but separated by Cu washers 1" OD x .062" thick. We can probably assume 100% contact on the 21 washers. The reason for the separation is for vacuum pumping.

Can you run an analysis on these?
If these don't work out we could look at making the entire vacuum chamber of explosion bonded pieces with the Cu either inside or outside.
