Get an agreement on a set of parameters and performance
criteria for the Recycler operation in FY04.

and criteria for the Recycler operation in FY04.
The Committee chair will compile the comments and any agreements
reached during the review process as well as unresolved
outstanding issues, if any.
The report is due by Wednesday, October 29, 2003.
