The NMOA module is used to qualify the generation of the TCLK $4E, $5E and $A6 requests. The input signals must be valid for greater than one millisecond before the event request is passed on. This filter supresses the request for events caused by noise on the input signal.
The NMOA module also 'OR's the two sources for an $80 request: The TLG and a CAMAC 377 channel.
The C004 module has a diagnostic TCLK decoder with associated LEDs and front panel LEMO outputs for events $4E and $5E.
