	Purpose:
	--------
	  The C119 module is an interface between low level
	electronic controls and electro-mechanical power supply
	control devices (relays, contactors and power supply
	reference voltage).
	To provide for ease of transition from Utility to CAMAC
	crates, connections and signals between the module and
	external supplies are compatible with the CC-19 module.
 
	General Description:
	--------------------
	The C119 is a single width CAMAC card.
	The rear I/O card edge connector provides for:

	A) D/A Converter	-	16 bits, +/- 10.00 VDC
	   (buffered with voltage follower Op-Amp)

	B) Status Read-back	-	16 bits, -24 V
	   (opto-isolated)

	C) Output Control	-	Relay contacts
	   (ON, OFF, RESET and POLARITY REVERSE functions,
	    of 1 sec. duration)

	CRATE power supply requirements are: +6V, +24V, -24V

	Front panel L.E.D. for:
	A) Module addressed.    (stretched)
	B) Power supply on/off. (latched)
	C) Power supply reset.  (static)
	D) Negative polarity.   (latched)
	E) 16 bit D/A setting.   (static)

	Front panel test point for D/A output monitoring.
	(1000 Ohm series protecion).

	Standard contact configuration.
	===============================

	All relay contacts are activated with an appropiate
	CAMAC function command. Relay activation is momentary,
	of 1 sec. duration.

	ON/OFF:
		pin 8R - common
		pin 9R - on (n.o.)
		pin 7R - off (n.c.)

	RESET:
		pin 8L - common
		pin 9L - reset (n.o. - NOR for Normally Open Reset)
		pin 7L - reset (n.c. for normally closed reset)

	POLARITY REVERSAL:
		pin 5L - common
		pin 4L - positive polarity (n.c.)
		pin 6L - negative polarity (n.o.)

	D/A OUTPUT:
		pin 10R	D/A output
		pin 2L	D/A output return
		16 bit, single ended, buffered with output amplifier
		(voltage follower).

	STATUS INPUT:
		-24 VDC, referenced to pins 1R and 1L (ground), 1.5 ma
		current sinking.
		Status bit is set when -24 VDC is applied to input of
		status line.

	Optional 5 VDC status interface:
	
	Opto-isolators are sourced on board by 5 VDC and
	require external current sinking on the status input
	of 1 to 1.5 ma to ground (pins 1L and 1R) to produce
	a logic level of ONE.
	Preferred drivers are open collector type. 
	The -24 VDC (pin 18L) is not supplied on this version.
	Pin 18L is ground on board.



			CAMAC Module 117
		    Power Supply Controller

	Optional 5 VDC status interface:
	
	Opto-isolators are sourced by external 5 VDC applied
	to (pins 1L and 1R) require external current sinking
	on the status input of 1 to 1.5 ma to produce a logic
	level of ONE.
	The -24 VDC (pin 18L) is not supplied on this version.
	Pin 18L is ground on board.
