This routine prompts the user to enter arguments for an
	Accelerator Command Language (ACL) script.

	command_text	ACL code
command_length	total length of command text (If a value of zero
is passed for this argument, the command text will
be treated as a single null terminated string.)
num_device_args	returned number of device arguments
	device_args	returned device arguments
(The memory for this argument is allocated by this
routine and should be freed by the caller.)
num_string_args	returned number of string arguments
	string_args	returned string arguments
(The memory for this argument is allocated by this
routine and should be freed by the caller.)
	[options]	options
(ACL_OPT_NONE -> no options selected (default))

This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK success
CBS_WINDOW_TOO_BIG	window won't fit on screen
	CBS_MEMFAIL dynamic memory allocation failure
CBS_ABORT user aborted input (no values were changed)
