blm_abort_map_select_c

	status.i4.v = blm_abort_map_select_c(top_row.i4.v, left_column.i4.v
					     abort_states.i4a.r)

This routine displays a dialog for selecting BLM abort state
mapping for the currently selected machine. See bpm_machine_c.

top_row top row of dialog (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in macro for special
			positioning)
left_column	left column of dialog (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in macro for special
			positioning)
abort_states	abort state values (should be a number of values
equal to the number of machine states for the
			current machine)

This function returns status values as follows:

	OK success
CBS_NOTYET no BLM abort states exist for the currently
				selected machine
	SQL_xxx database error

This function requires the following include files:

	ul_cbsaux/bpmuti.h, cbslib_h, macro_h, acnet_errors_h
