blm_get_house_names_c

	status.i4.v = blm_get_house_names_c(house.ch.d, max_return.i4.v,
					    num_names.i4.r, names.ch.d,
					    options.u4.v)

	This routine returns the names of BLMs belonging to a particular
	house.  These are the names for the currently selected machine.
	See bpm_machine_c.

	house		null terminated ASCII house name
	max_return	maximum number of names to return
	num_names	returned number of names for the requested house
	names		returned loss monitor names
			(DEVICE_NAME_LEN * "max_return")
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if the names are not needed.)
	options		retrieval options
			(BPM_OPT_NONE -> no options selected,
			 BPM_OPT_BEAM_ORDER -> names should be returned
					       in beam order (default is to
					       return the names in channel
					       order)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOTYET		BLM names are not available for the
				requested machine
	otherwise		SQL error
