clock_history_get_event_counts_c

	status.i4.v = clock_history_get_event_counts_c(event_type.i4.v,
						       event_data.s.r,
						       event_counts.i4a.r)

	This routine returns clock event occurrence counts from a
	supercycle history structure.

	event_type	desired clock event type
			(CLK_TYPE_TCLK -> TCLK events,
			 CLK_TYPE_MIBS -> MIBS events)
			(constants are in 'cns_misc')
	event_data	clock event history data structure
			(structure of type CLK_HISTORY2)
	event_counts	returned event counts
			(array having TCLK_NUM_EVENTS elements)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOTOPN		couldn't open the clock event history file
	CBS_NOTENB		saves are not enabled on this console
	CBS_CORRUPT		clock event history file has been corrupted
