wait_time_c

	status.i4.v = wait_time_c(wait_secs.i4.v [,row.i4.v] [,column.i4.v]
				  [,wait_text.ch.d])

	This routine will wait until a specified number of seconds have
	elapsed.  If a row and column are specified, an informational window
	will be displayed.

	wait_secs	number of seconds to wait
	[row]		top row of message box
			(use WMNGR_CENTER for centering or WINDOW_xxx_COORD
			 macros in macro for special positioning)
			(default is 0)
	[column]	left column for start of message box
			(use WMNGR_CENTER for centering or WINDOW_xxx_COORD
			 macros in macro for special positioning)
			(default is 0)
	[wait_text]	text for display window
			(default is "Waiting for n seconds")

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_WINDOW_TOO_BIG	window won't fit on screen
