acnet_current_rum_handle

	status.i4.v = acnet_current_rum_handle(net_handle.i1a.r)

	This routine returns the current ACNET Receive Unsolicited
	Messages (RUM) handle string for the calling process.  This
	is a handle which allows the process to act as a server.

	net_handle	returned null terminated network handle string
			(PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	ACNET_NOSUCH		no RUM handle exists for the calling process
