acnet_get_active_handles

	status.i4.v = acnet_get_active_handles(num_handles.i4.r [,handles.i1p.r]
					       [,is_rum.i4p.r])

	This routine returns the current active ACNET handles for the
	calling process.  A value of NULL can be passed for any of the
	returned arguments.

	num_handles	returned number of active handles
	[handles]	returned active handles
			(PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters per entry)
			(The memory for these handles is allocated by
			 this routine and should be freed by the caller.)
			(default is NULL)
	[is_rum]	returned flags indicating whether or not each
			handle is a RUM handle
			(The memory for these flags is allocated by
			 this routine and should be freed by the caller.)
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid handle encountered
