acnet_node_ip_address_c

	status.i4.v = acnet_node_ip_address_c(node.i4.v, ip_address.i1a.r,
					      ip_name.i1a.r,
					      return_alt_node.i4.v)

	This routine will return the IP name and address for an ACNET node.
	A value of NULL can be passed for returned arguments which are not
	needed.

	node		ACNET node (constants are in 'nodedefs')
	ip_address	returned IP address (nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn format)
	ip_name		returned IP name
	return_alt_node	return alternate node information flag
			(TRUE -> return alternate IP node information
				 if available,
			 FALSE -> return an error if the requested node
				  is not an IP node)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid node passed (an ACNET IP node must
				have a trunk value from 9 to 16)
	CLIB_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no information for the requested node exists
	ACNET_NOCON		not connected to ACNET
	SQL_xxx			error retrieving node information from the
				database
