acnet_set_handle

	status.i4.v = acnet_set_handle(net_handle.i1a.r, prev_handle.i1a.r)

	This routine changes the default handle by which ACNET recognizes
	this task. It optionally returns the previous default handle.

	net_handle	network handle string which must have been previously
			defined by a call to acnet_connect
			(PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters)
	prev_handle	returned null terminated network handle string
			(PROCESS_NAME_LEN+1 characters)
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if the previous handle isn't needed.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	ACNET_NOCON		not connected to ACNET
	ACNET_NOSUCH requested handle does not exist

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, acnet_h, acnet_errors_h

	char	prev_handle[PROCESS_NAME_LEN+1];
	int	status;

	status = acnet_connect(net_handle);
	if (status != OK) return (status);

	status = acnet_set_handle(net_handle,prev_handle);
