alarm_list_display_console_mask_c

	status.i4.v = alarm_list_display_console_mask_c(list_number.i4.v,
							console_mask.u8.r)

	This routine will return the the mask of console classes which can
	display an alarm list.

	list_number	requested list number
			(constants are in 'alarm_list')
	console_mask	returned console mask
			(If a bit is set in the mask, the corresponding
			 console class can display devices from the list.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid list number passed
	SQL_xxx			error retrieving alarm list display information
