copy_xchar_to_string_c

	copy_xchar_to_string_c(string.i1a.r, xchar_string.sa.r, num_chars.i4.v)

	This routine copies an XCHAR format character string into an ASCII
	character string.

	string		output ASCII character string
	xchar_string	XCHAR format character string to be copied
			(array of XCHAR structures)
	num_chars	number of characters to copy (If a value of
			zero is passed, the length of "xchar_string"
			will be calculated and used.)
