	DIO_ALARM_IS_BAD(alarm_flags)

	This macro takes an alarm flag word and returns whether or not
	this alarm is in an alarm state.

	alarm_flags	alarm flags word returned by dio_get_alarm(_c),
			dio_get_alrm_lst, or dio_get_db_alarm(_c)

	This macro returns values as follows:

	TRUE			this alarm is in an alarm state
	FALSE			this alarm is not in an alarm state
