dio_has_scaling_info_c

	status.i4.v = dio_has_scaling_info_c(device_index.i4.v, property.i2.v,
					     has_scaling.i4.r)

	This routine returns whether or not there is scaling information
	for a device/property.

	device_index	device index
	property	property index
			(PRREAD -> reading property,
			 PRSET -> setting property,
			 PRBSTS -> basic status property,
			 PRBCTL -> basic control property)
			(constants are in 'dbprops')
	has_scaling	returned scaling information status
			(TRUE -> has scaling information,
			 FALSE -> no scaling information,
			 DIO_INVALID_DATA -> error occurred in reading data)
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument if
			 only caching of the scaling information is desired.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	negative value other ACNET format error

	This function requires the following include files:

	dbprops_h, diolib_h, acnet_errors_h
