dio_set_bypass_lst

	status.i4.v = dio_set_bypass_lst(list_id.i4.r, bypass_states.i4a.r,
					 errors.i2a.r)

	This routine enables or disables alarms for a list of devices.
	The list must have been built by a previous call to
	dio_build_alarm_list_c or dio_bld_get_raw(_c).  If
	dio_bld_get_raw(_c) was used to build the list, all property
	indices should have been set for either the analog or digital
	alarm block.

	list_id		list ID returned from previous call to
			dio_build_alarm_list_c
	bypass_states	alarm enable/disable settings
			(DIO_ENABLE_ALARM -> enable,
			 DIO_DISABLE_ALARM -> disable)
	errors		array of returned ACNET status values

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	DIO_NOLIST		requested list does not exist
	negative value		ACNET format error indicating overall failure
	positive value		number of devices in error indicating partial
				success
