is_interpolated_common_transform_c

	is_string.i4.v = is_interpolated_common_transform_c(common_index.i4.v)

	This routine determines if a common transform uses an
	interpolation table to perform the scaling.

	common_index	common transform index

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			uses an interpolation table
	FALSE			doesn't use an interpolation table
