lxpaint_gif_image DEPRECATED

	status.i4.v = lxpaint_gif_image(file_name.i1a.r, x_position.i4.v,
					y_position.i4.v [,leave_window.i4.v])

	This routine displays a file containing a GIF image to a 
	graphics screen.  This function will alter the window's
	colormaps.  

	file_name	file name (normally from /usr/local/userb/pic...)
			(must be null terminated)
	x_position	offset of image from left border of graphics window
	y_position	offset of image from top border of graphics window
	[leave_window]	resize window flag
			(TRUE -> leave graphics window at present size,
			 FALSE -> resize graphics window to be the same size
				  as the image (default))

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_NOT_OPEN		failed to open file
	CLIB_GENERIC_ERROR	error reading file
	CLIB_INVALID_DATA	file is not a GIF file
	CLIB_NOTYET		unsupported feature requested
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no image found in file
	CLIB_CORRUPT		file is not a valid GIF file
