	This routine retrieves a device scaling interpolation table.

	table_number	table number to read
	num_entries	returned number of table entries
	table		returned table values
			(array of structures of type
			 SCALING_INTERPOLATION_TABLE_DATA)
			(The memory for this argument is allocated by
			 this routine and should be freed by the caller.)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_BADARG		invalid table number passed
	SQL_xxx			error reading interpolation table
