shotlog_translate_log_name_c

	status.i4.v = shotlog_translate_log_name_c(alias_name.i1a.r,
						   log_name.i1a.r,
						   accept_no_match.i4.v
						   [,log_type.i4.r])

	This routine will a shot log alias to an actual shot log name.

	alias_name	null terminated ASCII shot log alias
			(up to SL_LOG_NAME_LEN characters)
	log_name	returned null terminated ASCII log name
			(allow SL_LOG_NAME_LEN + 1 characters)
	accept_no_match	flag indicating how to handle the case where
			no matching alias is found
			(TRUE -> return success and copy alias to returned name,
			 FALSE -> return error)
	log_type	returned log type
			(WEBLOG_LOGTYPE_OPERATIONS_CLASSIC -> original operations
							      log book,
			 WEBLOG_LOGTYPE_OPERATIONS_II -> second generation
							 operations log book,
			 WEBLOG_LOGTYPE_ECL -> log book provided by the
					       Computing Division,
			 WEBLOG_LOGTYPE_UNKNOWN -> unknown log type which is
						   only returned if no match
						   is found)
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid alias name length passed
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no maching alias found
	SQL_xxx			error retrieving alias information
