slider_update_c

	status.i4.v = slider_update_c(slider_id.i4.v, value.r4.r, action.i4.r,
				      delta_value.r4.r)

	This routine services a slider in a window created by an earlier
	call to slider_create_c.  This should be called upon the receipt
	of a user interrupt event.

	slider_id	ID of selection field type (returned from a prior
			call to slider_create_c)
	value		returned slider value
	action		returned action taken on slider
			(SLIDER_NOT_MOVED -> slider was not changed,
			 SLIDER_INCREMENTED -> slider was incremented,
			 SLIDER_BLOCK_INCREMENTED -> slider was block
						     incremented,
			 SLIDER_INCREMENT_LIMIT -> an attempt to increment the
						   slider was made, but it was
						   already at its limit,
			 SLIDER_DECREMENTED -> slider was decremented,
			 SLIDER_BLOCK_INCREMENTED -> slider was block
						     decremented,
			 SLIDER_DECREMENT_LIMIT -> an attempt to decrement the
						   slider was made, but it was
						   already at its limit,
			 SLIDER_DRAGGED -> slider was dragged)
	delta_value	returned change in slider value

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NO_SUCH		slider does not exist
	CBS_READONLY		slider was not moved
