str_delete_character_set_c

	num_deleted.i4.v = str_delete_character_set_c(string.i1a.r,
						      length.i4.v,
						      chars_to_delete.i1a.r,
						      options.u4.v)

	This routine deletes every occurrence of a specified set of
	characters in a string.

	string		string to delete characters from
	length		length of string (If a value of zero is passed,
			the length of the string will be calculated.)
	chars_to_delete	null terminated set of characters to be deleted
	options		use options
			(STR_OPT_NONE -> no options selected,
			 STR_OPT_HANDLE_QUOTES -> preserve characters in
						  quoted substrings,
			 STR_OPT_FIRST_ONLY -> only delete the first
					       character match)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	number of characters deleted
