str_insert_terminator_c

	status.i4.v = str_insert_terminator_c(string.i1a.r, length.i4.v
					      [,term_char.i1.v]
					      [,options.u4.v])

	This routine will insert a terminator character after the last
	nonblank character in a string.

	string		string to terminate
	length		length of string to terminate (>= 1)
	[term_char]	terminator character (default is NULL)
	[options]	options flags
			(STR_OPT_NONE -> no options selected,
			 STR_OPT_FILL_STRING -> fill to end of string with
						terminator (default is a
						single terminator character),
			 STR_OPT_NULL_TERMINATE -> insert a null character
						   after the terminator)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid length
	CBS_NO_SUCH		no blank characters found
